Addie & Lea is a boutique consultancy that helps consumer brands find clarity, unlock growth, and move forward with intention. Rooted in generational wisdom and backed by over 20 years of global CPG experience, we’ve built and scaled brands across major retailers and international markets.

Our founder is a seasoned marketing leader and equity holder with deep experience in both start-up and private equity/venture capital–backed environments. She has partnered with founders and investors to drive brand growth from $12M to $144M+, launch multimillion-dollar products, and lead merger and acquisition integrations. Her work has fueled retail expansion, driven top-line growth, and helped deliver successful investor outcomes—while keeping authenticity, representation, and consumer connection at the heart of every brand story.
